Strategic Planning begins with a focus on your organization and business’s theory of change and using challenges to identify leverage points for change. All too often, strategy is confused with the organization’s vision and mission rather than on what its unique value is and how this is delivered.
Since the early 1990s, Harold Tessendorf has served as an internal and external facilitator of organizational retreats and strategic planning sessions for organizations, businesses, and coalitions serving urban and rural communities in five countries. These co-created sessions have been conducted both in-person and via online platforms.
